RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery.

Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the original packing. It should not been washed, used or in damaged condition.

You can contact our customer support team on info@governoronline.lk contact us during 08.30 A.M to 5.30 P.M for any inquiry related to your returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

  • Call us on +94 11 2518152 to inform about your exchange.

  • We do not accept returns of used or damaged products.

  • We need the original receipt of purchase (Invoice number)when informing us and send us back with the returning product.

  • If it’s within the exchange period, we are happy to send the new item and you may return the old item with the delivery person at the time of receiving the exchange.

  • Return and Exchange shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the products.

  • The nominal amount of COD charges shall not refund. It is a non-refundable convenience fee. and please not there will be a delivery charge of LKR 300.00 for exchanges and we only allow one exchange occurrence.

  • If there is a price difference; if the returning item lesser than the new item, you have to pay the gap. If the returning item higher than the new item, we will be issued with a shopping credit for your future purchase.

  • Exchange processing may take up to 2 working days.

Refunds

Since we do not pay cash back, we are happy to provide you a credit voucher which you may use for your future purchase.

If your credits are approved, you will receive an email or we will contact with the voucher code and a validity period.

Voucher code is valid only 30 day’s.
